Accounts and Compliance Executive

Data Analyst

A.G. Shares and Securities Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Compliance Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling and reviewing financial information, preparing various financial documents and reports ensuring the stock exchange compliance and ROC compliance.

Location: Agra

Department: Compliance and Finance

Roles and responsibilities:

Compiling and reviewing financial information.
Preparing financial forms, documents, and reports.
Assisting in Stock Exchange compliance and ROC compliance with the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing.
Maintaining records and filing systems.
Answering telephones and handling routing correspondence with stakeholders.
Performing other duties as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
At least 0-2 years of accounting experience.
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software.
Excellent organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for data, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. You will play a crucial role in analyzing financial performance to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Gather and integrate data from various sources, including market data feeds and financial reports.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of financial markets and investment concepts is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
